We will taste and compare digestive teas/herbs and learn about plant actions.  We will make various remedies\, including a grain/pulse dish\, digestive decoction\, mucilage powder mix and pestos. \nSelf Care 4: Skin & First Aid on Saturday 12 February 2022 from 10am – 1pm\nWe will be looking at first aid and skin problems.  We will identify the daisy family\, and be making the following remedies: infused oil\, ointment\, cream and lotion. \nFor all sessions\, you will receive a comprehensive handout of the principles and therapeutics of food and plants as medicine\, with recipes centered around the session.  You will also take away the remedies you have made.
