Self Care 5: Skin & First Aid (8 February 2025)

This is the fourth part of the five part Living Medicine Self Care with Food and Herbs Course.  We recommend that you always start with Self Care 1: Basics.

Create your own food & herb know how kit for first aid and skin problems. Together we will make remedies including an infused oil, ointment and cream, learning how to apply essential oils. In the garden, we will identify and nibble the tissue healing daisy plant family.
